A precision cultivation estate built on conviction — that the produce reaching a plate should reflect its precise biological moment.
Dhanuka Farms was founded with a clear intention: to operate in the sustainable space and to do it through farming. The Indian market had access to exotic berries and premium mangoes — but rarely at the standard of freshness they deserved.
Produce travelled too far, sat too long, and arrived as a diminished version of what it should be. The answer was to grow it here. Control every variable. Release it at the right moment.
Our mission: Sustainable Hyper Fresh Farming.
Our growing method uses significantly less water than traditional farming, and crops are grown in a controlled environment — shielded from pests, harsh weather, and contamination.
No soil means no soil-borne disease. A closed environment means no pesticide requirement. Measured nutrient delivery means produce that develops at its own biological pace, never forced.
The team at Dhanuka Farms obsesses over one thing above all else: water and water quality. Every litre entering the growing cycle is monitored for mineral balance and purity.
Hydroponics is a water-based system. The quality of what goes in determines the quality of what grows. This is the daily discipline that separates a precision farm from a conventional one.
Our berries are extremely fresh and grown with a purpose. From farm to table faster and with more care than anything found in a standard supermarket.
The estate is also home to 40-year-old heirloom mango trees — carrying decades of heritage and flavour. These mature trees ground our story in tradition and legacy, complementing the modern hydroponic side perfectly.
View Our ProduceManan Dhanuka is the founder and driving force behind Dhanuka Farms. His vision — to bring sustainable, hyper-fresh produce to the Indian market — is not a corporate positioning statement. It is the reason every decision on this estate is made the way it is.
No batch leaves before it is ready. No produce is held beyond its window.
Hydroponic growing in South India for exotic berries was not conventional. That tension is intentional.
Quality is measurable — Brix levels, water purity, mineral balance. It is not a feeling. It is a number.
Dhanuka Farms practises rainwater harvesting across the estate and actively works to increase oxygen levels in and around the farm through planting and land management practices.
These are not things that get marketed loudly. They are simply the way the farm is run.
“We want you to feel interested — curious to eat fresher produce and to learn more about where your food comes from.”
— Manan Dhanuka, Founder
